We offer a range of storage units for rent and to help you achieve the results you’re after. We offer a free consultation to make sure you rent the right storage unit. We will explain the costs to get you into your new storage unit. We do not have any hidden fees. All of our contracts are on a Month-to-Month basis. We DO NOT have any hidden admin fees and we DO NOT hide that fact that we will NOT raise your rent every 3 – 6 months.
What we DO offer is, a clear rental contract. We DO inform you of the NM Self Storage Lien Law, chapter 48-11-1 to 48-11-9 NMSA 1979. If you think you have been a victim of wrongdoing by a storage facility, please look up the NM Lien Law mentioned above. We want all of our tenants to feel safe and to feel at ease when storing with us.
Since the takeover in October 2019, we have made many improvements to the facility.
We have also added barbed wire and razor wire to our fence line as well as upgrading and expanding our security system. When the final stage of the system upgrade is finished (June 2022), the facility will have over 20 cameras throughout the facility.
Update 04/22: Truly Safe Self Storage is expanding. We will no longer offer indoor car storage, nor will we offer the JR Executive suite as a workshop. Instead, we will be adding 16 new 5′ x 5′ indoor units and 5 – 5′ x 8′ indoor units. The pictures below and a before and after.
